No automated/direct method that I know of I'm afraid, but as you say you have Parallels installed already you can convert it using the slightly convoluted method of playing it in Windows Media Player (within Windows) and then using WireTap Pro on the Mac side to record it as an AIFF file. Make sure you don't let any other software make any noise and uncheck "Play user interface sound effects" and "Play feedback when volume is changed" in the Sound pane of System Preferences.
I just installed the
latest version (1.3.2) to confirm that this will work and there was no trace of the "custom machine-wide license for Turner Broadcasting Systems, Inc & Affiliates" you mentioned before, so no need to fear big brother in that regard.
Finally, unless you pay the $19 to register WireTap Pro, make sure you record the audio as AIFF (the default option anyway) rather than MP3 directly; otherwise a voiceover is put on the file, informing you WireTap Pro was used to make it. Importing the AIFF into iTunes and using "Convert Selection to..." under the Advanced menu shall use the same settings you have configured iTunes to rip CDs (AAC by default, MP3 if you've changed it to that).
It will unfortunately take as long as the duration of the WMA file, but it will work.
