Well today's announcement with T- Mobile in Germany specifically mentions visual voicemail, but Tuesdays one with O2 was silent on the whole deal. Since this is a key usp for the iPhone over other smart phones, do we plucky Brits get this at all?

Visual Voicemail works perfectly fine through EDGE. If you don't have EDGE for some reason it'll dial your voicemail like a regular phone.

Yeah I know, but I read taht O2 is going to have something like 30% EDGE connectivity at launch...therefore the other 70% of people may have to dial in? Unless it works while on wifi?
