Does anyone have the latest 40Gb or 160Gb AppleTV ? I would like to learn more about how this device works as a storage container for content. How is it used to display content on other Macs in the local network? Can you permanetly remove content off your Macs and onto the AppleTV? Will you be able to remote to your AppleTV in the upcoming release of the MacOS?
iPhone
MiniMac
Video iPod
iPod Shuffle
13" Mac Laptop

Please search this forum for further discussion on that.

It can be linked to various Macs' content (video and music), all of which must be shared on the same local network using iTunes' sharing function, and which can then be streamed across the local network.

ADDITIONALLY, content can be synchronized from one machine (and one machine only, AFAIK).

Images cannot be streamed and MUST be synchronised to the Apple TV's internal disk.

No.

Whoever knows this for certain is not allowed to talk about it until Leopard is actually released and developer non-disclosure agreements are void, but I think it's highly unlikely.
