iTunes Crashes Everytime I Try to Sync Video

Hey,

A few weeks ago i upgraded to Leopard and updated iTunes. Since then everytime i try to sync video onto my iPod touch, iTunes crashes and the beach ball shows up. Sometimes the video gets close to being fully synced but it happens everytime. I have had no problems syncing audio just video, although syncing anything takes a very long time for some reason! Any ideas??
