my iphone got wet.
does anyone know if they can be fixed?
where to go and how much?
does it need a new motherboard?

did you shut it off right away and let it dry out? is it completely dead or do you have partial functionality? it's tough to get a good answer on what you should do without any details.

it is not completely dead, but it has problems working correctly.

... still not enough details... what does "problems working correctly" mean? Is you home, volume or power buttons not working? Erratic software functions? Touch screen not working in specific spots or not at all?

Have you tried a software restore?

That said, here are three options thanks to Google. I've never used any of them, though, so can't vouch for their quality. This is assuming that Applecare won't cover the damage you've caused.

rapidrepair.com is a good option - been in business four years doing iPod repairs.
