if you're pissed about the $20 upgrade for the ipod touch, here's the link to their product feedback page:

seriously, complain your ass off. it might do nothing, but enough of a hullaballoo may actually cause change.
-> 20" iMac Core Duo, 1GB RAM, lame superdrive that burns at 2x
-> MacBook Pro 2GHz Core Duo, 2GB RAM
-> MacBook 2.16GHz Core Duo, 2GB RAM
