Hi guys, I really need some help with my iPhone, well, its locked.
I own a Mac computer and I attempted to use my Mac to unlock the iPhone. The first thing I have to solve is to down grade the firmwire from 1.1.3 to 1.1.1. I've followed the instruction from the web, that is to download the 1.1.1 firmwire, downgrade it from iTune. For some reason, the error message I've got in the end is alway (1) instead of 1015 that people suppose to get. Therefore, my iPhone is always stays on the 1.1.3. Please help, does anyone else faces similar problem?
Cheers
Nathan

If you phone had 1.1.3 installed on it out of the box you are out of luck. It will not work, sorry.

On the iPhone: 11246unlock, good enough for the prize

Supposedly works on 1.1.3 as well; no idea bout the baseband version, though.

My iPhone was not 1.1.3 OTB, I accidentally upgrade the firmwire to 1.1.3, the phone won't downgrade to 1.1.1 for me.

You're probably bettor off talking to the iPhone hacking communities:

iphonesurge.com - Home

ModMyiFone.com - iPhone Forums and News

There's a much broader range of people already doing what you are wanting. But then come back here to talk about everything else. :-)
