I have an ipod 40GB that is not working. about once a minute the screen displays with an address for ipod support and a triangle with an exclamation mark. Lasts about 10 seconds then goes out. If I connect it to a PC, it is not recognised. I cannot reset it as I have no menu. Only the support address. Any suggestions.
