iPhone Call back feature not working with voicemail

When I've listened to a message on Visual Voicemail, I often try to call back to the caller, using the call back feature on VV. All I get is 'call failed'. I can go to that person's entry in my contacts, and it works fine. Any suggestions?

Heh, I just tried that expecting the same thing but it worked for me. Can't say what the issue is though, sorry.
