first things first, i'm traveling internationally for the next two months and have limited internet access,
i have my laptop (powerbook g4, 74gb) and 160 gb ipod with me. ordinarily, i sync my ipod w/ my desktop (imac) because it has more storage space so my laptop doesn't really know anything about my ipod. at present, my ipod has more data on it than my laptop has total storage space. i have 2 albums some music on my laptop that i want to put on my ipod, but i am very afraid to try because i don't want to accidentally wipe my ipod contents since i can't get everything back until i return to the states (especially movies and tv shows).
as i said before, i have limited internet access and my attempts at searching out how to do this have been unsuccessful so if anyone could point me in the direction of something that could show me how to add new music to my ipod without messing up what's already there, i'd be highly appreciative.
is there a way to do this without using itunes?
