I have an iphone, not the 3g, but i just updated it to firmware 2.0, i dont want to downgrade at all, all the guides i find on the internet involve jailbroken iphones or firmware 1.1.1. I just want to simply be able to connect to the internet through my iPhone, withoutttttt downgrading, possible? advice?

thanks.

Why not just jailbreak 2.0?

What provider do you have that allows tethering in their TOS?

Is there any guide you know of that instructs on how to jailbreak 2.0 and continue to tethering? All the ones I found seemed to relate to the same 3 versions, all subs of 1.0.

Advice?
