Hello people.
This thing puzzles me a lot. So, I have a few application I downloaded from the app store straight to the iPhone and to my amazement they don't transfer back to iTunes.
The only apps showing on iTunes are the apps that I downloaded from my computer.
Am I the only one having this issue?
Is it a bug or is this the way things work?

Right click on the iPhone on the left, and pick "Transfer Purchases". You can also Pick "Reset Warnings" and then it will ask you in the future until you tell it not to.

Yep that was it. It is silly though not to transfer them automatically.

Yeah, I think there are some bugs in the syncing - I have not taken time to enumerate them but I've experienced a few oddities and inconsistencies. I'm sure they will get streamlined over time.

Seem like apple was a little rushed with this whole thing, unusual for them. But generally things work.

It happens alot for me; mainly when I make a change in iTunes for the phone and hit "Apply". The first time doesn't work, but once I hit sync, it works after that.
