hi all:
is there any way that QT files such as NASA_TV.qtl will open on my iPhone? this has always been convenient on my desktop: just double click the icon and QT opens the live channel to the shuttle, full-screen.
if not, do i have to find NASA’s web page and watch astronaut’s in miniature in future?
thanks

There's a free app called TVuplayer that streams live tv, most are high bit rate that the iPhone chokes on. But some channels work - namely NASA TV. It's not fullscreen, but it is nice and clear.

thnx.
i thought an iPhone would play streaming QT, but obviously I was wrong
i wish i could attach the NASA_TV.qtl icon to make this easier, but MacNN won't enable attachments

You can stream NASA TV using TVU Player, available for free on the App Store. There are other apps that serve the same function but I've only used TVU.

I heard TVUplayer would work, too. At least for NASA TV.
