I am at work and just saw that the 2.0.1 update has been released for the iPhone. I sync my phone at home though. Can I update it on my work computer without any complications?

Updating should be fine. Just remember to backup before doing so

I just went for it and it seemed to be fine. All the tabs were grayed out when the iPhone appeared in itunes, as if it knew not to sync with this computer. It backed up, updated, and restarted. The phone now seems to work as it did in the 1.x days, nice and snappy
