I like the Radio section on iTunes for listening to internet radio but is it possible to add or remove stations? I only listen to a few of them so to make things easier I'm interested in removing the ones I don't listen to.

Why not just create a playlist and drag the stations you like into there? Would that solve the problem?

That's what I've done. I have a playlist just for my streaming stations. I don't go into the radio section of iTunes anymore.
