I have a friend who has got an ipod with a load of spoken word content. The content was supplied with the ipod (she bought the content), which is windows formatted and (unfortunately) synced to the copy of itunes of the person who added the content.
How do we get the content from the ipod onto her copy of itunes? The content is not itunes content so it is drm free. I've tried selecting manually manage content but the tunes won't drag and drop over to the music library.
Obviously, syncing the ipod will wipe it.
