syncing mail accounts to iP3G

	As the local Mac head I've been asked to help set up a few iPhones for people. Seems they aqre quite popular presents for people, who then leave the giftee to set it up, who then ask me. Anyway I've noticed a few phones being reluctant to sync mail accounts. More often than not the option is checked in iTunes and the message syncing mail accounts appears but when the phone is checked, no accounts have been transferred. Any ideas why this might be?
