for 2 days now it seems the my iphone wich is a 2g 8gb version with FW 1.1.2 cant connect to itunes now and my itunes 7.4 can't connet to the itunes store either and im on windows xp so any one have sililar specs and cant connect either or did apple shut off peeps without the latest softwares ? any insight or if it works for you please post thanks.

I know in the past Apple used to shut out certain versions of iTunes from accessing the store once they went past a certain cycle (ie, 7.4 might be shut out since v8.0 is out, and there were several revisions between both). As for the iPhone, I wouldn't put it past them for doing that as well, but I can't say since I don't have that version.
