What needs to be done to redownload an iphone app I paid for?

I purchased an app from the store but I synced my phone with a laptop that wasn't mine. The app was deleted and I hadn't had a chance to sync with my own computer, so the app is not on it.

Can I just download the app again from the store or will I be charged again?

When you download from the App store, you should get a message saying that you have already purchased it. The purchase of the App is tied to your iTunes account.
I like my water with hops, malt, hops, yeast, and hops.

Im getting a weird message saying that one of my purchased apps isnt compatible with my iphone?
