I have an 80gb fifth (I think) generation iPod. When I go to update it, it says the battery is dead. After the battery has charged slightly, it goes to a dark screen with the apple logo. It doesn't light up, it doesn't make a clicking noise, it does nothing. Once the battery drains, it turns off. It cannot be recognized in the device manager or iTunes. I've tried reseting it, but it just goes back to the apple logo. I can't restore it because it won't appear in the apple menu. If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you
