I am having trouble with the way this IPod plays songs it will start to play a song and then after about 10-30 seconds it pauses it and then switches to the next song on the playlist this continues to happen consistently.
I am unsure how to troubleshoot this issue and would welcome any feedback/support from anyone who has had this or similar issue.
I am wondering if this could be a battery problem as the battery does not seem to hold a charge well.
Thanks, Jules

Is all your music in iTunes? What you need to do here is to restore (erase) the iPod. You do this by connecting it to iTunes, and choosing the Restore button. This erases the iPod and re-loads its internal software. Then you set up the iPod fresh, as if it were new.
