Looks like Android is about to get limited cut/paste (not clear if it is just in the browser or system-wide) and a system-level speech recognition API.
Well, given that cut/paste is probably the most requested feature for the iPhone and the excitement greeting Google's Mobile app on the iPhone with speech recognition, I thought people would be more interested in this development.
