Ok guys, I'm dying here. I just updated a friend's iPhone from 1.1.4 to 2.2 and did a quickpwn on it. Well, when I insert the SIM, it doesn't take a signal. I tried another SIM (even another carrier) and the same thing happened.

After hours of research and trying to unlock/downgrade it I have given up here. I wasn't successful downgrading it, nor I was successful in getting a signal. Please, anyone can help me out here?

Try re-updating it using Pwnage 2.2. I think you can leave the SIM in.
