Its been hard for me to find out it any of the firmware 3.0 features will be available on the iTouch.

Which generation? The 2G gets some good add ons, like Bluetooth connectivity. The 1G doesn't activate any new tech or anything, but it gets all the refinements and nonsuch.

Bummer. Mine is a 1G

have to wait for a 3G to buy another. Id get a 3G now if it did everyting w/o a phone and its #($*&%#^(_ contract #$(*%#$#^%_^#

i did get that iHandy app for $1.99 pretty cool! at the right price!
