As the iPhone update is going to support stereo bluetooth, I've been looking around for a stereo phone headset. I've been looking at the Motorola S9 Bluetooth Active Headphones S9: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics & Photo , which looks like a decent set, but I'm not sure if they are normal 'earbuds' or the in-ear type, which I don't like the idea of (just personal preference, might have to just tell myself to get over it).

As a second use I'll probably also use them with my own and the office Mac for watching video etc as the Mac Pro has bluetooth and Leopard.

Are there any other good headsets that are going to work? I'd prefer something on the smaller side, not the big DJ style things.

Look after my manor, or I will bum you, literally, to death.

After a bit more digging around, I've found the Jabra BT3030 Amazon.com: Jabra BT3030 Bluetooth Stereo Headset: Cell Phones & Service . It has a 3.5mm jack so I could use my own headphones with the bluetooth connection.

Is anyone here using a bluetooth stereo headset with their Mac or iPhone 3.0 beta? Good things? Bad things?...

I"ve been looking at the Plantronics Voyager 855. It's not the newest or fanciest BT headset around, but it DOES support A2DP and it's really affordable. Plantronics has a long reputation for great sound and usability. Don't know if there's a UK Buy.com portal though.

I'm currently looking at the NOKIA BH-503s, which seem to get good reviews and have a solid battery life. Pretty cheap from Newegg right now.

Anyone have any experience with them? I'd like to be able to use them with my Mac(s) as well as iPhone.

Thumbs down on the Moto S9. I owned a pair and the battery quit working 3 months after purchase.

Wouldn't you have to deal with tangled wires anyway?

So I ended up getting the NOKIA BH-503s and have been using them for a couple days. I really like them so far. Battery life is excellent, and I can use them to listen to music at work all day without a problem. They paired with my MacBook Pro without trouble, though there do seem to be some issues getting them to work if you turn them off and then try to reconnect them. I have no A2DP compatible iPhone to test them out with yet, so I can't speak to that, but they seem to work fine with my crappy interim Samsung slider.

I've ordered the Jabra. I'm not that bothered about wires from the headset, I'd rather have the option to use my own headphones, and not have the wire from the tower on the floor when using it on the work Mac Pro, the iPhone headphone wire isn't long enough for me
