I have a jailbroken iphone 3g. And i recently updated apps in cydia and then all of a sudden, whenever i have an app running, it will have these black little things on them. They drive me crazy. I want to get rid of them, know what app is doing this, and if i can get a previous version again. And you cannot get the black icon off of "Phone" because its always running! help please.

The newer version of "Backgrounder" will do this. Remove that program and it was fixed.
