I have read stories of people using mms now. I updated my carrier file and do have the mms option and camera icon in messaging but when I sent the msg the progress bar goes to about 90% and stops and I get that annoying red ! any ideas how to fix this?

Based on your location you have AT&T as your carrier... no MMS for you (yet).
