Hi everyone,

Maybe someone can help me?
I have previously jailbreak/unlocked my 2g iphone with my powerbook g4. I have now os 3.1 on it, and it works fine (i just updated it with itunes), but now its only unlocked and not "jailbreak" anymore.
I wanted to jailbreak it again but then i found out you can only jailbreak it when u have a intel processer in your apple machine, and that i dont have.

So my question is, can I jailbreak my iphone through a windows xp computer and then sync it after that with my powerbook? and will all my sms-messages remain in it?

thanks!!
Powerbook G4 15.2 | 1.67 GHz | 100gb | 1.5gb ram
iPod 5G | Black | 30gb
iPod mini | 6gb
iPhone 2G | 16 gb

If you do a sync and the iPhone is backed up via iTunes, when you restore all your data (sms) will return from the backup you did previously.
