Iphone bracket wont come up

I have a crack iphone i tried using the suction cup but the only made it worse i think now the glass broke above the home button and i cant get it up to repair how am i able to get it up 
also its very cracked to the point where the are air cracks so the suction dont work anymore

suction cup pulls screen up and the bracket is like the lcd screen n everything
