Hi to all new on here,
I have been trying to get my company email working on my ipod touch, but cannot get it to work. I have a iphone and the exact same settings work perfectly. I was wondering if there is a difffernce in the way he two are doing the exchange email!

I have asked many people, but the answer alway check the email server, but if it works for the iphone then it should for the ipod touch, right!!!

Is your iPhone a 3GS? Could be the server requires encryption hardware Apple left out of your iTouch.

Yes my Iphone is a 3GS, but the same settings also work on an iphone 3G no problem. I have also tried all generations of ipod touch and non work!
