Exchange account on Touch stopped syncing with iCal

This year, my work finally set things up so I could sync my work Exchange account with my iPod Touch. This then would sync fine with iCal through iTunes. However, this has recently just stopped working and I don't know why. I don't think I changed anything, but if anybody has recommendations on settings to check, they'd be more than welcome.
