Is it possible for an iPhone to be hacked via phone number? Can calling a specific phone number "insert a small piece of code" and hijack the phone? I've read about security vulnerabilities with SMS and visiting websites. I was just wondering if this was another vulnerability that I should be concerned about, or am I just being too paranoid?

No. If this were possible, wouldn't the phone number need to be long enough to include a "small" piece of code?

If you call someone they have your number and can text you back with one of the SMS vulnerabilities.
