are there any samples out there showing off the video capture capabilities? so hard to tell from that beach shot near golden gate that is available on apple.com.

i hope the qualtiy is as good as the nokia n8....

Aside from that Apple one, there are none that I can find, either. I think it would be hard to show off true 720p capabilities without seeing it on the actual phone, if you know what I mean.

That doesn’t make sense. The phone resolution, while astounding for its pixel density, is well below 720p. The best way to show off its true 720p capabilities would be taking unedited (or at least, no effects and no compression changes) video from the phone and displaying it on a screen with at least 1280 × 720 pixels.
