Photos in iPhone lost high resolution

This issue occurred on a 32GB 3GS iPhone. I think few days ago it suddenly decided all of its photos turned to very low resolutions. Its almost impossible to view it, what could be the problem?
iMac 24 Inch, 2.93 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR2 SDRAM, 640 GB Hard drive, 256 MB NVIDIA
iPhone4 32GB Black
1TB Time Capsule
