Hi There,

My iphone locked on me and finally when the battery went dead I plugged it in to itunes. It said it had to restore the factory settings. It did a backup, then it restored the factory settings. It then began to restore the backup but stopped saying there wasn't enough memory. have found the folder with the backup its size is 2GB. When I ret to restore it from itunes it dosent give me an option of this folder just other previous ones it has done any time I have plugged my phone into itunes. Can anyone please help me to restore my phone from the backup. All my conrtacts family pictures are in this folder.
