I am leaving my soon soon and will have to give back my iphone. Is there away I can export the contacts in the address book into a file(s) to be later imported to Address Book on my Mac at home? I cant/wont be able to use itunes to do it. Maybe some app that allows you to access the Contact database on the phone and export it?

Thanks

Send them via Email? Awesome Task if you have four hundred of them, but doable if it's fifty.

Otherwise: MobileMe trial account?

If I were to use itunes, since the iphone has never been synced, it will ask me to set it up as a new phone. Will it erase all the contacts at this point?

No, it will ask to synch the phone, and then whether to replace the phone's contacts with those from the computer, or whether to merge them.

MobileMe doesn't require iTunes, btw.
