Okay, I'm thinking of transitioning to an iPad for work. I teach and I want to be able to do the following:

1) Take notes with a stylus
2) Organize those note files and photos or videos shot on the device on the iPad itself--preferably in my existing DropBox.

I'm thinking about Notepad Pro for the notes (since I don't like Notetaker's interface) and I was looking at ReaddleDocs for its DropBox integration, but what I can't figure out is whether it will allow me to move photos and videos from the iPad into whatever DropBox folder I choose.

Anyone have any experience with this?

Normal styluses don't work on capacitive touch screens like the ones the iDevices use. There are supposedly some special styluses designed to work with iDevices, but they may not work that well.

I've got a stylus already. The nib's a bit thick, but I think it will work. I'm really wondering about the file management.

Just as an observation, and YMMV, but I found that taking notes with a stylus is a gigantic pain in the proverbial.
For me, the keyboard is way faster.

Note also that the stylus does not improve the precision of the interface. That's designed from the ground up for fingers. A thinner point doesn't really improve fine detail work such as required for writing.
