Hi all! Recently my iPhone headset broke, and I am tired of my same old Speck PixelSkin case!

What do you use? What do you do/don't recommend?

The headset I bought at the Apple Store, don't know the brand at this moment. The case is an Otterbox, IMO excellent. Previously I wore out cases about once a month but the Otter is durable as can be (on an iPhone 3). I do not use the display cover sheet.

I will buy this case for my 4s:

Apple bumper.

I don't like the sharp edges, so it's perfect for me. Only problems are it sucks up lint in the mute/dock cutouts, and the thin rubber on the dock cutout flaked after a year.

A different issue is it won't fit in a standard dock. That can be a problem depending.

The low-end Mac Pro is the most overpriced Mac since the IIvx

Did have a Griffin Reveal with the carbon fibre texture back, but the rubber edge started to go so I've just replaced it with a Cygnett bumper type case (pack of 2, 1 black, 1 grey) that had front and back screen protectors. I already had a matt anti glare front screen protector on the screen so I've just put the back one on.

Look after my manor, or I will bum you, literally, to death.

One more thing.

I was smiling at a pretty girl and I slammed full-on into the edge of a table at iPhone in the pocket height. It was with enough force to send a glass onto the floor, and a chorus of  from the witnesses.

No way the phone would have survived without the bumper.

I read a news blurb a few years ago. Bikini-clad girl with hot dog stand set up in front of a public building. It was causing distraction, especially among drivers going past. One driver rear-ended a police car (which might have been going slow for the same reason). The driver got a ticket, and hot-dog girl was asked by the cops to put more on her buns.

There's nothing wrong with smiling at pretty girls. Obviously, we do need good iPhone cases.
