ok i got the iso, and burnt it, everything looks fine
repartitioned my drive to install it, it installs fine, no problems
loads yaboot
but when i select linux from yaboot, it goes to the second stage bootstrap
then from there it just says loading kernal, for at least 30 minutes

so i tried installing it again, fresh
went fine again
same problem after

i dont think its finding the kernel image
but im not totally sure

any suggestions, besides reinstalling, ive done that 4 times today
and it never works

running it on an imac 266mhz
its ran before on the same setup, but now it wont
heres my partition setup
partition 6= 50mb yaboot
partition 7= 2.5gb macos9
partition 8=4gb osx
partition 9=1.3gb swap for osx
partition 10=384 swap for linux
partition 11=4gb yellowdog
partition 12=13gb scratch/app disk
partition 13=30gb music/movies

its worked on the same partitioning, and now it wont
it really sux
but as of now i have a barebones 8.6 system folder with bootx on it, and i can switch between startup disks using the startup disk control panel
kinda a pain in the ass, but it works now, im thinkin if i can get the kernel in the yaboot partition it might boot, but i havent had the time to try
w3rd..
