I do not have the ability to try this (no Intel Mac), so I can't tell. Can one install something other than XP as the secondary OS? This would be useful for installing x86-based Linux distributions whose install disks are bootable, as one example.

I've also been really curious about this. I've heard stories about people running Ubuntu/other Linux on their Intel Mac, but always in a triple-booting scenario. I can't imagine why this wouldn't work, but I'd also like to hear any first-hand stories, if possible.

I think it'd be cool to run NeXTStep/OpenStep.
