I have a USB webcam that is incompatible with Mac OS X. If I get Parallels and install the Windows drivers through Parallels, will I be able to use the webcam in Mac apps, or only with apps I run in Windows?

Current version of Parallels does not support webcams.
However, recently released Beta does support Webcams.
