Hey,

Before I get down to it, I know that an Intel iMac is way better for PC gaming through BootCamp, so please don't reply by saying that.

Okay, I recently bought a Mac Mini Core Duo and pretty soon I'll be able to install XP. So I was wondering if anyone with a Mini has played any PC games and would like to share which ones and how the performance was?

Specifically, I'd like to know about GTA. My friend (PC user) has both GTA Vice City and GTA San Andreas and would be willing to make me a copy (once I get XP in the first place). While I pretty much know that my Mini won't be able to handle San Andreas (what a shame), I was wondering if it could handle Vice City seeing as how that came out several years ago.

Thanks.

GTA is a game designed for and meant to be played on consoles. For the price of XP, you could easily pick up a used PS2 or Xbox, assuming all you want XP for is games. You could also buy GTA San Andreas while you're at it. $20 ain't really worth pirating for such a good game.

This thread is not really about the Mac, is it? No, it's about a game. And it's about a game that runs under XP, not OS X, so this should be in the Alternative OS forum.
