no. it only supports windows at the moment.

Clarification: Boot Camp partitions your disk and burns a CD of Windows XP-SP2 drivers. The first part doesn't care WHAT you put on the new partition, so in theory you can install ANYTHING on it.

Now the problem: are there Linux drivers for the Mac hardware? Probably not many... That will be the problem. You can do it, and it will probably work, but not necessarily optimally.

I read an article in "easyLinux" They installed "SUSE Linux 10.1 on a Intell IMac! EasyLinux - einfach, klar, benutzerfreundlich - Hauptseite.

Yes, it can be done. A friend of mine did it, although I'm not certain what distro he installed (I'm sure some work better than others)

You don't need Bootcamp to install a non-Apple OS. Just partition, install OS X, and then pop in your Linux cd and hold down the C key on startup.
