After a little experimenting I figured out that by default clicking with that key held down is a right click. That's really inconvenient though, is there any way to bind it so that just pressing the right command key is a right click (without using the trackpad mouse button)?

And is there support for two-fingered scroll wheeling on the trackpad?

I spent about $8 on a little optical mouse with two buttons and a scroll wheel. It's a LOT more convenient when you're using Windows to have a two button mouse.
