Stupid question...

Is external display supported in BootCamp under windows on the MacBook? Can I have it running by itself or does it only mirror? or extend? or wha?

Any experiences would be great to hear

Thanks!

Yes, it works.

My friend had to do some futzing though until it finally worked. Nothing you wouldn't expect from Windows, though.

IIRC, you have to use the Apple-installed monitor control panel, rather than the standard panel.

I have the adaptor. It works fine using mac OS, but I can't get the external display to work while running windows on my macbook.

What can I do?
