Bootcamp Refuses to install on MacBook Pro

"Bootcamp assistant cannot be used. You must update your system firmware before using this setup application", that's what it is telling me.

I have all the lastest updates that I did through system preferences. Does anyone have any clue as to why this is happening? Thanks.
