where is the cheapest legit place to but windows xp with service pack 2?

Get ANY legit Windows XP version, download the FREE SP2 package, then use free tools (see the "Slipstreaming" thread at the top of the thread listing) to put the two together.

And search before you post, ok? There's a fairly recent thread about this in this forum. Consensus? Google is your friend for low prices too.
