The internet connection through Parallels was working fine until I ran a recommended Windows Update. After Windows restarted, I can no longer get online in Parallels - the shared networking doesn't work. Does anyone have any idea how I can get back online in Parallels?

Can anybody reply to this post about what to do when a windows update messes up internet connection on the guest OS?

I'm in dire straights, I need to bug test a site today and I can't work because of this...

Have you tried disconnecting/reconnecting the network interface in Parallels (globe icon in lower right corner)?
I do not like those green links and spam.
