im installing bootcamp on my macbook pro to play oblivion and morrowind. My only question is whats the differences between the partition sizes. Like if i do the 5gb ptition then will i be able to play the games at full speed and whatnot

5gb is too small. You're going to need space not just for windows xp (or vista), but for the games you plan to install.

Apple recommends a 20GB partition when installing Windows through Boot Camp for a reason. Windows itself can take up over 2GB before you do anything else, and once you install the (very much mandatory) updates and patches you'll be up around 3.5 or 4GB. Programs often take up a lot of disk space too-Office for the PC takes up several gigabytes if you install the whole thing. 5GB is just way too small for any Windows installation.

yeaj but im only using it to play 2 games. nothing else is really important to me. but ill o 10gbs anyways just incase.

don't forget about the VM file as well.

Dude you're setting yourself up for failure for even 10 gigs
