Just a thought, but you might want to give people a little more to go on. What program are you using? What video file format? What precisely happens when you try to open a video? Stuff like that.

All kinds of video files, it can be run but it just appears black and white shape of the motion move, audio works fine
|

All wma files on quicktime even with realplayer and windows media player, it had some problems while running it, only black motion and white on the edge of each movement of the video
|

but on the contrary, wma file run on Mac platform is fine
